Domestic Animals

There are three basic categories of domestic animals. Animals that are raised for pets, those which are used for work and others that provide us with food. Some animals have a dual role and provide us with both work and friendship.

Domesticated animals are those which have become dependant upon man for their safety and survival. Without the intervention of man, in time all animals would revert back to the wild.
